What to do when an error message pops up when registering a business unit?

Answer:

There are several reasons for failing to connect to FURS:

  • Is it possible to connect to the FURS portal at all?

It is recommended that you first check whether you can connect to the FURS portal by clicking the button Check connection. If the connection is not possible, the problem is most likely with the wrong fiscal certificate. If the connection is possible, then the cause of the problem lies elsewhere.

  • Is the selected fiscal certificate registered for the company for which you are registering the business premises?

Check that you have selected the right company or the right fiscal certificate in the module Settings.
