Dashboard

Dashboard module is used to review company’s key indicators and other relevant business data. The module in PANTHEON Web Light includes the same dashboards as the PANTHEON desktop version.
The window can be divided into the following sections:
- Toolbar
- Header
- Dashboard with components

1. Toolbar
On the right side of the command line, there is only one button, New, for adding a new dashboard.
2. Header
Dashboards can be selected from the drop-down list of the field Name in the header just below the title. The list contains all out-of-the-box (default) and user-defined (custom) dashboards.
Hint
You can also search for a specific dashboard by entering the name of the dashboard into the empty field that opens upon clicking the dashboard name.
3. Dashboard with components
Components are structured according to the pre-defined settings and their position cannot be changed. Dashboard components are resized and restructured if you resize the browser window. Some components also contain a filter in the upper right corner for displaying different data of the component. If the component is too big for the dashboard structure, a slider appears on the right side.
IMPORTANT
Currently, only components of types table, chart and map are visible on the dashboard.
HINT
Dashboard title and captions will appear in the language selected in the PANTHEON Web menu. If the title and caption of a dashboard are not in the same language, this means that your database does not contain dashboard translations for the selected language.
Warning
The current version of PANTHEON Web only enables the use of dashboards that contain Datalab default components. If dashboards are created from custom components, it is very likely that such components will not appear on the dashboard. These components need to be reviewed and possibly adapted to the system that enables data to be extracted and imported into PANTHEON Web.
Warning
In some cases, when you open a dashboard, the following message appears: Dashboard components are not prepared for PAW. This message indicates that the dashboard contains components that need to be prefetched. A component will not be visible until its data is prefetched.
