In the program PANTHEON VET it is enabled to add various types of documentation. The functionality of adding documents is a general functionality across the entire PANTHEON solution group. 

In this chapter, we will present an example of adding a cooperation agreement between the veterinary service and the animal owner. The functionality is located in the menu  Veterinary | Code lists |​ Code list of owners and animals on the tab Documentation

CASE DESCRIPTION

The veterinary station offers the possibility of contractual cooperation with clients (animal owners). For this purpose, they provide additional benefits and response times. The signed contract is to be saved by the receptionist in the documentation of the animal owner. The process of adding documents is described below.

  • The responsible person searches for the owner for whom they want to add the contract to the documentation. The detailed process of searching for the owner is described in the chapter Search for owners and animals - Simple.

  • On the tab Documentation clicks on the tab Files and then on the button Add document.
