Documentation
In the tab Documentation we can review all documents related to the selected animal.
In this chapter, we will present an example of reviewing the animal's documentation. The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Animal History Review | Documentation.
 |
Example Description
The veterinarian wants to view the X-ray image while reviewing the history of the cat Simba, owned by Lili Siam. They do this by following these steps:
- Animal History Review Form
- Documentation Tab
|
1. Animal History Review Form
The responsible person wants to view the X-ray image of the cat on the animal history review form.
On the form, they already have the owner's details filled in: Lili Siam.

In the lower part of the form, the program automatically opens the tab Basic Information and fills in the fields with information about the cat Simba.
 |
WARNING
If the owner has multiple animals registered, the appropriate animal must be selected from the dropdown list of the field Animal.
|
The responsible person continues to review the documentation.
2. Documentation Tab
The responsible person navigates to the tab Documentation.
Here, all documentation of the selected animal is visible, such as written consents for surgeries, X-ray images, analysis results, etc.
 |
TIP
In the documentation tab, documents, files, and images that we add when entering animals in the Owners and Animals Register are displayed. The process of adding documentation to the selected animal can be read in the chapter Documentation.
|
At the bottom right, the documentation or X-ray image of the cat is displayed.

 |
TIP
If multiple documents or files are added, you can view the list of all files by clicking the button (Show file list).
