Vaccination

On the tab Vaccination we see all animal vaccinations in the clinic.

TIP The technical instructions for the vaccination tab can be read in the Guide to PANTHEON VET in the chapter History of treatments under point 2.

In this chapter, we will present an example of reviewing vaccination records for animals. The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Review animal history | Vaccination.

CASE DESCRIPTION The veterinarian is interested in the vaccination history of the cat Simba, owned by Lili Siam, in the clinic. He will check this on the Animal History Review form. Follow these steps: Animal History Review form Vaccination Tab

1. Animal History Review form

The responsible person wants to check the vaccination history of the cat Simba on the animal history review form.

On the form, the details about the owner and the animal are already filled in: Lili Siam, cat Simba.

TIP Instructions for searching for the owner on the Animal History Review form can be read in the chapter Searching in Animal History Review and Advanced search.

WARNING If the owner has multiple animals registered, the appropriate animal must be selected from the dropdown list of the field Animal.

Continues with reviewing the vaccination history of the cat Simba.

2. Vaccination Tab

The responsible person is interested in whether the cat has been vaccinated in the clinic, so they go to the tab Vaccination. 

Sees data about Treatment or vaccination of the female dog, on 8.11.2022 by veterinarian Valerija Veterinar. 

TIP By double-clicking on the field Treatment a related created document of the treatment type opens.

In the column Document the number of the created billing document is displayed, in our case: 21-3504-000002.

TIP By double-clicking on the field Document a related created document opens.

Data about Type of vaccination, Vaccine ID and Name of the vaccine, which was selected or entered into the program by the veterinarian during the treatment.

Based on the selected vaccine, the date for the next treatment is displayed in the field Date of next vaccination .

In the lower part, there are also data about the services performed and materials used for the selected treatment document.
