In this chapter, we will present an example of a dental examination of animals. The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Animal history review | Dental examination.

CASE DESCRIPTION
The veterinarian is interested in the data on the dental examinations of the dog Poppy, owned by Jasna Jerebičar. They will look at the Animal history review form. Follow these steps:

1. Animal history review form
The responsible person wants to look at the history of dental examinations for the dog Poppy on the animal history review form.
On the form, they already have the owner and animal data filled in: Jasna Jerebičar, dog Poppy.

WARNING
If the owner has multiple animals registered, the appropriate animal must be selected from the dropdown list of the field Animal.

Continues with the review of the dental examinations of the animal.
2. Dental examination tab
Tab Dental examination displays all dental examinations for the selected animal.
The responsible person here sees only the most important data as shown in the image below.
In the column Treatment is the record of the type of treatment document that was created: 22-CLI3-000005. If they want to find out more information, they must open the treatment.

By double-clicking on the field Treatment the related created treatment document opens.

Date of the dental examination is 8.11.2022.
The column fields are filled with data entered on the treatment document.
In our case, we see in the column Diagnosisthat the animal had caries on two teeth.
