E-Business

In the E-Business tab, we can link entities with document types, mailboxes, and business processes. These settings are used for sending documents.

Possible connections:

• Entities

• Entities and document types

• Business processes

Different combinations are possible, such as entity and document type, or just entity or document type.

The mailbox and business process define the service and service provider for sending documents based on these settings.

Additionally, connections to web shops can also be set up.

E-services

	Create new record.
	Add new E-service . Below window opens.
	Delete record.
Document type	The type of document associated with a specific business process.
Type	Defines the type of connection
Mailbox	Sets the method of document delivery.
Data	A related field for additional data required for sending the document.

Web shops

	Create new record.
	Add new Web shop. Below window opens.
	Delete record.
Name	The name of the web shop.
Description	A short description of the web shop.
Mailbox	Mailbox settings for connecting to the web shop.
