Print the statement

In Slovenia, according to the law, it is necessary to monitor the origin of dogs. For dogs whose origin is unknown, the owner must sign a statement. 

In this chapter, we will present an example of creating a statement that the owner signs when the origin of the dog is unknown. The functionality is located in the menu  Veterinary | Price lists |​ Price list of owners and animals on the tab Dogs.

CASE DESCRIPTION In the veterinary clinic, the owner Nedeljko Jezero brought a dog that he inherited from a deceased relative to register ownership and microchip it. Since he did not know the origin of the dog, the veterinarian prepares a statement that the new owner must sign. The procedure is described below.

• The responsible person registers the dog in Price list of owners and animals. The detailed procedure is described in the chapter Dog entry. 
• In the field Origin (o) from the dropdown list, select in our case: No data. 
• Clicks the button Print the statement.

WARNING The button Print the statement becomes active when Origin (o) is entered: No data.

• A printout opens 6VJ - Statement on the acquisition of a dog of unknown origin.
• The responsible person clicks the button Print and gives the statement for the owner's signature.
