Only active
In the Animal History Overview form, you can check the checkbox Only active, which allows displaying only active animals entered under the owner in the Owners and Animals Register.

In this chapter, we will present an example of displaying inactive animals. The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Animal History Overview.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE
The veterinarian wants to see the records of the history of inactive animals in the Animal History Overview form for the owner Jasna Jerebičar. This is done by following these steps:

1. Animal History Overview form
The responsible person selects in the menu the module Veterinary | Animal History Overview.
In the header of the form enter the appropriate display criteria, Owner: Jasna Jerebičar.
In the lower part, the data about her dog is displayed.
The responsible person wants to review the history of animals that are no longer active.
2. Only active checkbox
The checkbox 
(Only active) is checked by default.
When the box is checked, as shown in the image below, only active animal records are displayed in the dropdown list of the Animal field.
In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review the history of animals for both active and inactive animals. For this purpose, they uncheck the checkbox or deselect the checkbox (shown in the image below).
Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the dropdown list, as in our case: cat Lili.
