Show only active
The display of active or inactive records of branches in the directory can be reviewed by the responsible person using the checkbox Show only active.
The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Directories | Branch directory.

CASE DESCRIPTION
The responsible person wants to review active and inactive branches in the branch directory. They do this by following these steps:
- Opening Branch directory
- Checkbox Show only active

1. Opening Branch directory
The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Directories | Branch directory.
The directory with the company's branches opens.

2. Checkbox Show only active
Checkbox 
(Show only active) is checked by default.
When the box is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list.
In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review both active and inactive records. For this purpose, they uncheck the box or deselect the checkbox (as shown in the image below).
Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the list, such as the branch or department Veterinary Shop.
