Printout

The veterinarian in the process of treating the animal records data on the anamnesis and diagnosis as well as the treatment procedure and materials used (medications, etc.). This creates the. Outpatient diary, for which the printout can be easily printed or sent via email when the owner requests it.

In this chapter, we will present an example of the printout of the Outpatient diary during the treatment, through the use of the button  (Printout). The functionality is located in the treatment documents, which can be found in the menu Veterinary | Treatment.

TIP

For more detailed information about the program forms, read in the PANTHEON VET Guide, in the chapter Print.

CASE DESCRIPTION

The owner of the animal, Jasna Jerebičar, brings her dog Poppy for a pregnancy check-up. After the examination, she wants a certificate of the examination to send to the owner of the stud. The veterinarian records the findings in the treatment document and prints the Outpatient diary. This is done in the following steps:

  1. Creating the treatment document
  2. Printout of the Outpatient diary

1. Creating the treatment document

The responsible person creates the treatment document, where they select the owner and the animal that is being treated. They then record the details of the anamnesis, diagnosis, and other data.

The detailed procedure is described in the chapter Entering treatment (general).

2. Printout of the Outpatient diary

The owner of the animal needs a certificate of the pregnancy examination to send to the owner of the stud. For this purpose, the responsible person prints the Outpatient diary printout.

  • The responsible person clicks the button Printout.

  • A preview opens Previewof the printout: 6V6 - Individual treatment.

  • To print, click the button  (Print).
