Document selection
With the function Add in PANTHEON VET, we add positions from the selected order or from multiple orders to the selected case.
After selecting the limiting criteria and clicking the button Refresh, we continue with the selection of documents.

CASE DESCRIPTION
The responsible person would like to quickly transfer positions from the order document to the case document. In the first step, they selected limiting criteria and continue with the selection of documents to add. The responsible person follows these steps:

WARNING
Before adding positions from another document to the case document, it is necessary to have a created case document with entered data about the animal and the purpose of the case. For a detailed procedure for creating the case document and entering data on individual tabs, read the chapter Entering the case (general) and Vaccination.

1. Document selection
The responsible person wants to select identities to add to the case document.
After selecting criteria in the window Adding a task to the case they select the tab Document selection.

On the list Document headers they mark the documents whose identities they want to add to the case.

From the list Positions to the list Positions for transfer they transfer the desired identities.
They transfer the identity by clicking the button

TIP
The button Delete all deletes all positions from the list of Positions for transfer.
The button Serial No. opens a window for selecting serial numbers.

They complete the addition by clicking the button Confirm.
