eExchange Service Packages
The eExchange service package includes sending and receiving e-invoices and other eSLOG documents (e-orders, e-packing slips ...).
Receiving eDocuments (e-invoices, e-packing slips, e-orders) is free of charge, but the sending cost depends on the selected activated package and the network, where the document is being sent.
For sending e-invoices and other e-documents, Datalab offers five different packages, tailored to your company's needs:

eExchange Micro
|
Created for companies that only issue a few invoices a month. It is limited to 40 transactions.

The Micro package is a no-contract, or prepayment package.
- Offers a free Mailbox for exchanging e-invoices with the network provider (ZZI).
- Offers unlimited e-invoice receiving.
- Offers e-invoice issuing in accordance with the package limitations and other services.

- The service is paid with a one-time payment. By doing this, you avoid paying smaller monthly invoices.
- No network change fees or extra payments for larger messages are charged.
- Prepayment packages are valid until the leased documents are used up.
- Prepayment packages have no time limit.
- Prepayment packages are valid from the day the offer is paid as per preliminary invoice until the documents leased within the selected package are used up.

eExchange Mini
|
Created for companies that only issue a few invoices a month. It is limited to 100 transactions.

The Mini package is a no-contract, or prepayment package.
- Offers a free Mailbox for exchanging e-invoices through the EDI provider (ZZI).
- Offers unlimited e-invoice receiving.
- Offers e-invoice issuing in accordance with the package limitations and other services.

eExchange Light
|
Created for companies that send a smaller number of invoices on a monthly basis. The Light package is created for companies that issue up to 50 invoices monthly.

The Light package is a package with a monthly subscription.
- Offers a free Mailbox for exchanging e-invoices through the EDI provider (ZZI).
- Offers unlimited e-invoice receiving.
- Offers monthly e-invoice issuing in accordance with the package limitations and other services.

- By concluding the monthly package, the users are charged for the service in regular time intervals – as a subscription.
- Subscription packages offer the option of transferring to other networks, in accordance with the EDI provider's valid price list.
- Subscription packages offer the option of sending additional e-invoices (above the leased transaction) in accordance with the price list.
The larger the package, the cheaper is each additional transaction.
- The Monthly package is valid from the day the contract is signed until the contract is formally cancelled in writing, in compliance with the cancel notice period.

eExchange PRO
|
Created for companies that send a larger number of invoices on a monthly basis. The PRO package is created for companies that issue up to 500 invoices monthly.

The PRO package is a package with a monthly subscription.
- Offers a free Mailbox for exchanging e-invoices through the EDI provider (ZZI).
- Offers unlimited e-invoice receiving.
- Offers monthly e-invoice issuing in accordance with the package limitations and other services.

eExchange Enterprise
|
Created for companies that send a very large number of invoices on a monthly basis. The Enterprise package is created for companies that issue up to 5000 invoices monthly.

The PRO package is a package with a monthly subscription.
- Offers a free Mailbox for exchanging e-invoices through the EDI provider (ZZI).
- Offers unlimited e-invoice receiving.
- Offers monthly e-invoice issuing in accordance with the package limitations and other services.

- PANTHEON receiving and issuing e-invoices, e-orders etc. – by concluding any eExchange package, tools for creating, issuing and receiving e-invoices, e-orders etc. are available in PANTHEON.
- Free e-invoice receiving – PANTHEON users can receive e-invoices without limits and free of charge.
- Storing received/sent e-invoices – all eExchange packages enable you to store received and issued e-invoices in PANTHEON, if the eDocumentation service is activated (which Datalab recommends it is).
- Support for exchanging different document types – PANTHEON enables e-exchange of all types of e-documents (e-orders, e-packing slips, e-invoices). By activating any eExchange package, you can e-exchange all previously mentioned documents. One transaction via e-exchange means sending or receiving one e-document.
- Information about e-invoice delivery – all eExchange packages include forwarding and receiving return receipts, or information about e-document delivery.
Licensing the eExchange and certified eDocumentation is bound to the tax number of the base, for which you want to use the service. See examples of licensing HERE.
The eExchange service can be used by activating and defining required settings for exchanging e-invoices, e-orders etc.
