Predefined eWorkflows for ePosting

ePosting is a Datalab service that enables:

  • capturing and recognizing data from a PDF document;
  • converting the identified data into an e-document (e-invoice) format;
  • importing the e-document (in JSON format) into received documents (invoices) in PANTHEON.

ePosting is embedded with artificial intelligence (AI) for converting the invoices into data that learns with every reading and achieves human-level accuracy in just a few seconds.

ePosting is controlled by eWorkflows in the background (in addition to the built-in AI). These are predefined and can be transferred using the Web Service.

This chapter presents the predefined eWorkflows for ePosting:

Split PDF for ePosting The eWorkflow enables you to split a single PDF document consisting of multiple documents marked with a special stamp into individual PANTHEON documents.

OCR for ePosting

 The OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology converts data from a PDF document into an e-invoice format (JSON format).

Import received e-invoice to ePosting

 The eWorkflow enables you to import the received e-invoice in JSON format and create a PANTHEON document.

ePosting machine learning

 The eWorkflow enables machine learning of the OCR scanning process.
