Web Shops

In the Web Shops step in the Setup Wizard, using the Web Services, you can download pre-prepared data structures for web shops and assign a mailbox to them.

In this chapter, an example of transferring a web shop via the Web Service and assigning its mailbox is described.

You can open the Setup Wizard in the menu Settings | Program | Administration panel | Settings | Documentation.

Case summary The person responsible wants to quickly transfer the pre-prepared data structure for the Web shop from the server to the register and assign a mailbox type to it using the wizard. 1. Method of importing web shops

The person responsible wants all pre-prepared data structures for web shops that do not exist in the register to be transferred, and the existing ones to be overwritten.

The person responsible wants to download only those records that are intended for localization for Slovenia.

In the Setup Wizard the person responsible selects the Web Shops step.

The person responsible selects the Transfer register button.

The window Transfer register – Web Shops opens.

In the section Import type checks the checkbox for Add/Update type.

In the field For country, chooses the localization from the drop-down list: SI.

Continues to select web shops.

2. Selecting web shops

The person responsible selects the preset web shops.

After selecting the import method, the person responsible selects the button Transfer from server to download web shops to the preview list.

Marks the selection box Yes/No in the list on the position of the web shops that the person responsible wants to transfer to the register.

The person responsible continues to download.

3. Transfer into register

The person responsible wants to transfer the selected web shops to the register.

To transfer the selected files to the register, the person responsible selects the button Transfer into Register.

With the Confirm button in the Information window the person responsible successfully completes the transfer of the selected web shops to the register.

Clicking on x closes the window Transfer register – Web shops.

A preview of the downloaded web shops is displayed.

HINT You can edit the field by clicking on the Name or Description columns.

For the downloaded web shops, the person responsible edits the mailbox setup.

4. Mailbox setup

The person responsible wants to set up a mailbox for the web shops from the preview.

In the Mailbox column, the person responsible selects the appropriate mailbox from the drop-down list: Shopamine.

Warning The mailbox is selected from the mailbox register. For detailed instructions on editing mailboxes, see the chapter Mailboxes.

The person responsible saves the changes by clicking the Down arrow key.

By clicking the Next button, the person responsible continues to the next step in the Setup Wizard which is Finish.
