Predefined eWorkflows for Tasks

PANTHEON tasks (to-do) enable the users to work in a systematic and guided way. Using eWorkflows, you can check all open tasks of all users when you start the application, send them an email notification, and redirect, communicate or assign individual tasks to other users (colleagues). In practice, this means that using an eWorkflow, a supervisor can redirect a task, e.g. checking the accuracy of invoice data, to a subordinate employee.

This chapter introduces the predefined eWorkflows for the Tasks (To-do) module:

Notify of open tasks	When PANTHEON starts, this eWorkflow checks all open tasks for a user and sends the user an email with the list of open tasks. For a use case, see the chapter Notifying of open tasks (use case).
Perform task	This eWorkflow enables you to communicate, redirect and define tasks in the program. For a use case, see the chapter Notifying of open tasks (use case).
Confirm invoice (simple)	In PANTHEON Web Light, you can confirm invoices using the eWorkflow Confirm invoice (simple). Specify the invoice approver to whom the tasks for entering the invoice will be opened after the person responsible has scanned or imported the invoice into Documentation. Confirm document	The eWorkflow enables you to have documents confirmed by one or more approvers. For a use case, see the chapter Confirming an invoice (use case).
