Viewing and managing eBusiness subscriptions
In PANTHEON, you can check and edit your subscriptions to eBusiness services at any time.
You can check ordered packages, subscriptions and current usage. You can also order additional services.
Through the Usersite link, services can be managed or new ones can be ordered.

WARNING
The company can switch packages within a specific service at any time; however, the change will take effect on the first day of the following month. Until the end of the current month, the customer retains the existing package.

From the menu, the person responsible selects Settings | Program | Administration Panel.
Then the person responsible selects Versions/Upgrades | Installation and the Subscriptions tab.

WARNING
The person responsible logged in to PANTHEON must have administrator rights.

Active subscriptions to eBusiness services can be checked on the Subscriptions tab.
For each service, the Package Qty column shows the number of packages subscribed to, and the Usage (GB/document) column shows the usage.

HINT
Active packages can also be viewed directly on the Usersite pages under My Data | EServices when selecting the eBusiness service.
A green checkmark indicates activated services. |
The person responsible proceeds to order new services.
The company wishes to order additional eBusiness services.
On the Subscriptions tab, the person responsible clicks on the Order additional e-services button.

PANTHEON UserSite opens in the default browser on the Order additional services page.
Select the desired service and follow the instructions to order eBusiness services.
