Viewing and editing subscriptions to eBusiness services in PANTHEON

In PANTHEON, you can check and edit your subscriptions to eBusiness services at any time.
You can check ordered packages, subscriptions and current usage. You can also order additional services.
In this section, we will show you an example of checking active subscriptions and subscribing to new ones.
From the menu, the person responsible selects Settings | Program | Administration Panel.
Then the person responsible selects Versions/Upgrades | Installation and the Subscriptions tab.

Active subscriptions to eBusiness services can be checked on the Subscriptions tab.
In this case, the list shows that the company has a subscription for the eDocumentation services: eDocumentation and Certified eDocumentation.
For each service, the Package Qty column shows the number of packages subscribed to, and the Usage (GB/document) column shows the usage.

The person responsible proceeds to order new services.
The company has almost reached the limit of 25,000 documents, so the person responsible wants to order additional services of Certified eDocumentation.
On the Subscriptions tab, the person responsible clicks on the Order additional e-services button.

PANTHEON UserSite opens in the default browser on the Order additional services page.

The person responsible logged in to PANTHEON must have administrator rights.

To order additional eBusiness, eDocumentation 50 GB and Certified eDocumentation services, the person responsible follows the procedure described in the chapter Activating eDocumentation services.

Active packages can also be checked on the usersite pages in the menu My data | EServices | eDocumentation.
