Perform task

This eWorkflow enables sending a message to another PANTHEON user.

The eWorkflow is divided into the following steps:

  1. The eWorkflow displays a window for entering the message and selecting the its recipient. The key block in this step is the Select user block.
  2. The message is then transferred to the open tasks of the specified recipient. The key block in this step is the User message block.
  3. The recipient has the option to redirect the task (message) to another user or to complete it.

The eWorkflow is ready for use when downloaded from the server and no additional settings are required. You can find it in the toolbar of any PANTHEON form by clicking the (Import/Export data) button.

HINT

You can download the predefined eWorkflow Perform task from the Datalab server, under the Tasks group.
