Activating the eInvoice Service

Activating the eInvoice service is a process that is easiest to explain with the image below:

A company activates, or orders the eInvoice service on the UserSite, which is also accessible directly from PANTHEON. You can choose between two types of packages. The difference is described in the chapter eInvoice Service Packages.

1. Prepayment packages

After ordering on the UserSite, the company receives an e-mail from Datalab with the selected prepayment package offer.

The user pays the prepayment invoice and registers on bizBox (in Slovenia). By doing this, the user receives a user name and sets a password.

One business day after the payment is made, Datalab automatically sends a request for activation in the ZZI network. Immediately when the service is activated, the user receives an activation e-mail.

To use this service, the following settings must be defined in PANTHEON: transfer mailboxes and establish login data, subject data entry, transfer workflows etc.

After defining the required settings and activating the eInvoice service, the user can begin receiving and/or issuing e-invoices.

2. Monthly packages

After ordering on the UserSite, Datalab automatically sends a request for activation in the ZZI network. Immediately after the service is activated, the user receives an activation e-mail.

To use this service, the following settings must be defined in PANTHEON: transfer mailboxes and establish login data, subject data entry, transfer workflows etc.

After defining the required settings and activating the eInvoice service, the user can begin receiving and/or issuing e-invoices.
