Leave

Tab Leave in Work records shows employees leave information by the years.

Below is a description of the form’s features:

1. Toolbar
Toolbar in Leave shows Work records tabs: My records, Ateendance and Requests.
In the right, there is action button for Calcualate leave and Print:
Calculate leave

By clicking on the Calculate leave button, Calculate leave opens.

Print |
By clicking on the Print button, Report type panel opens. |
2. Header
In the header, you can filter the leave list using the following search fields:
Year
|
Select leave year.
|
Employee
|
Select employee.
|
Department |
Select one or more departments from department register. |
Job
|
Select one or more jobs from Jobs register.
|
Status |
Select active or inacitve employess. |
3. List of leave by year
The list shows leave data, according to the conditions or filters selected in the header. By default leave data for all previous years is shown.
Year
|
Year of a leave. By clicking on the selected year, a mask opens for a Detailed view of the calculated leave for employee.

Last year's used/remaining
|
Number of last year used / remaning days of leave.
|
This year's used/remaining |
Number of this year used / remaning days of leave. |
Calculated
|
Calculated remaning leave days.
|
Remaining/Assigned |
Remaining / assigned leave days.
