Ad-hoc – Business Intelligence

In Treatment Cost, the Ad-Hoc analyses enables to see business costs in a form of a Business Intelligence report.

1. Settings

When conducting ad–hoc analysis to view business costs, you only need to select the Document type criteria.

 

2. Ad-hoc

You can open the ad-hoc form as a pop-out window or open it directly on the form.

Ad-hoc columns cannot be changed, but you can select whether or not the following data is displayed. Criteria is selected with the Drag & Drop function.

Documents Displays data about the document.
Documention type Displays data about the document type.
Year Displays the year.
Month Displays the month.
Date Displays the date.
Department Displays the department.
Veterinarian Displays data about the veterinarian
Subject Displays the subject.
Cost Center Displays the cost center.

 

You can select any combination of data to prepare a business intelligence report, for example:

If you open the ad-hoc analysis as a form, you have the option to use additional filters within individual fields (columns):

Clicking on this filter allows you to select the data for analysis.

 

After selecting the data for analysis, it will be displayed in a graph, as shown below.

The criteria that have already been established in ad-hoc are:

Services – Dogs All services that have been created for the data type of dogs.
Services – Cats All services that have been created for the data type of cats.
Services – Other All services that have been created for the data type of other.
Services – Dogs + Cats + Other The sum of services that were made to Dogs, cats, and other animals.
Services – Cattle All services that have been created for the data type of cattle.
Services – Pigs All services that have been created for the data type of pigs.
Services – Sheep and Goats All services that have been created for the data type of sheep and goats
Services – Cattle + Pigs + Sheep + Goats The sum of services that were made to cattle, pigs, shepep and gosts
Service – Equine All services that have been created for the data type of equine.
Service – Poultry All services that have been created for the data type of poultry.
First insemination count Number of first inseminations.
Servicers – First insemination Services of all first inseminations
Other – First insemination Services of all other inseminations. Hera are insemination that they have Item tipe diferent as services.
Repeat insemination count Number of repeat inseminations.
Servicers – Repeat insemination Services of all repaet inseminations
Other – Repeat insemination Services of all other repeat inseminations. Hera are insemination that they have Item tipe diferent as services.
Medicine – Dogs All medicines that have been used in the treatment of dogs. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine – Cats All medicines that have been used in the treatment of cats. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine – Other All medicines that have been used in the treatment of other animals. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine – Dogs + Cats + Other The sum of medicines that were made to dogs, cats and other animals.
Medicine – Cattle All medicines that have been used in the treatment of cattle. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine – Pigs All medicines that have been used in the treatment of pigs. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.

Consumables – Dogs All consumables that have been used in the treatment of dogs.
Consumables – Cats All consumables that have been used in the treatment of cats.
Consumables – Others All consumables that have been used in the treatment of other animals.
Consumables – Dogs + Cats + Other The sum of consumables that were made to dogs, cats and other animals.
Consumables – Cattle All consumables that have been used in the treatment of cattle.
Consumables – Pigs All consumables that have been used in the treatment of pigs.
Consumables – Sheep and Goats All consumables that have been used in the treatment of sheep and goats.

VAT 9.5%

Items at 9.5 % tax rate.

VAT 22%

Items at 22% tax rate.
Total VAT Total VAT value.
Amount due The total amount to be paid.
Amount due – Cash Amount due paid with cash.
Amount due – Card Amout due paid with credit card.
Amount due – Other Amout due paid with other payment methods.
Vaccination How much of the total amount of services was for vaccination.
Chip – Dogs How much of the total amount of services was for Chip –Dogs.
Passport How much of the total amount of services was for passport.
Euthanazia How much of the total amount of services was for euthanazia.
Human Medicine How much of the total amount of services was for human medicine.
Insurance How much of the total amount of services was for insurence.
Antibiotics How much of the total amount of services was for antibiotics.
Travel expenses How much of the total amount of services was for travel expenses
Spaying/castration How much of the total amount of services was for spaying/castration.
Psyhotropics How much of the total amount of services was for psyhotropics.
Operation How much of the total amount of services was for operations.
