Add/delete work obligation

With the Add/delete work obligation button in My records or Attendance, you can add or delete work obligations in cases when the work obligations are not entered using the buttons in the clock in My records, for example, when an entrance for a previous day is missing, or when you would like to correct an entry due to an error.

The records can be subsequently edited only by superiors or persons with proper authorisations.

The button opens a pop-up window with the following fields:
Employees
|
Select an employee or several employees, to whom you would like to add/delete a work obligation.

Type of obligation
|
Select the work obligation from the dropdown menu. The menu of work obligations can be adapted and defined in Settings | Work records | Work obligations.

Start
|
You select the start date and time of the work obligation. The current date is entered by default.
|
End
|
You select the end date and time of the work obligation. The current date is entered by default.

Note
|
You enter a custom text, which will later be entered into the line in My records.

The following actions button are available:
Delete
|
Deletes the selected work obligation.
|
Cancel
|
Cancels the process and closes the window.
|
Add
|
Adds the work obligation as a new line in My records.
