Import daily allowances
Using the Import daily allowances button in the toolbar of the Daily allowances and mileage rates register, you can import data for the daily allowance amount and the mileage rates from the web server.

The Import daily allowances window opens up.
In the header of the Import daily allowances window, the following fields and button are available:

Import type

You select the import type from the dropdown menu, and with that determine how the daily allowances will be imported and downloaded from the server:

| For country |
By default, the localization country is selected. It can be changed at will, but that means that the official data of another country will be displayed. |
| Download from server |
Clicking the button transfers the latest valid values of the daily allowances are downloaded.

The Import daily allowances list is comprised of the following columns and button:

Selecting the field transfers the selected daily allowance into the Daily allowances and mileage rates register. |

The ID of the daily allowance. |
| Name |
The country of the daily allowance. |
| Value |
The value of the daily allowance. |
| Currency |
The currency of the daily allowance. |
| Transfer into register |
The selected data is transferred into the Daily allowances and mileage rates register. |
