Document Overview Using On-Screen Keyboard

Document overview is a general review or summary of created documents in the form of reports. This chapter describes the functionality of document overview of POS issue documents using the on-screen alphanumeric keyboard.

Case summary The person responsible would like to overview created documents on POS X type document 3200. Also, the person responsible wants to use an on-screen keyboard in order to do the overview by document number. This is done as follows: POS X Document Overview Using the On-Screen Keyboard

HINT The on-screen keyboard is used for document overview by document number.

1. POS X Document Overview

To start the document overview, the person responsible first needs to click the Documents button.

The program opens the Document Overview panel:

2. Using the On-Screen Keyboard

The responsible person clicks the   (on-screen keyboard button) to open the on-screen keyboard for searching by document number:

After entering the document number, the person responsible finishes the process by clicking the  button.

In document overview, the person responsible finds the document number 23-3200-000003 and can see the preview of the issued document:

Warning The on-screen keyboard is also used in the use case POS X with resources (tables).
