Extra persons tab

The Extra persons tab on the Received Credits form allows you to enter data of up to four extra persons (subjects) to the received credit document.

Subjects can be selected from Subjects register. In this case, the fields are automatically populated with data from the register. The data can also be entered manually.

warning

The Extra persons tab is only visible if Extra subject fields are defined in the Document Types register.

You can set up the extra fields in the menu Settings | Program | Document Types, panel Financials | Credits and Leases | Received, tab Field descriptions.

 

HINT

The data in the Extra persons tab can be used in PANTHEON Reports.

 

For each extra person in the tab, there are eight fields for data input:

Extra subject 1

In the field, you can select a subject from the Subjects register. You can select it from the drop-down menu or click the  (magnifier) icon to select it from the list.

Subject

Displays the ID of a subject selected from the Subjects register.

You can enter data manually if the subject is not selected in the Subjects register.

Name 2

Displays the Name 2 of a subject selected from the Subjects register.

You can enter data manually if the subject is not selected in the Subjects register.

Address

Displays the Address of a subject selected from the Subjects register.

You can enter data manually if the subject is not selected in the Subjects register.

Postal Area

Displays the Postal code of a subject selected from the Subjects register.

You can enter data manually if the subject is not selected. This is done by selecting it from a drop-down menu in the Postal Areas register.

Country

Displays the Country of a subject selected from the Subjects register.

You can enter data manually if the subject is not selected in the Subjects register.

VAT code

Displays the VAT No. of a subject selected from the Subjects register.

You can enter data manually if the subject is not selected in the Subjects register.

Reg. No.

Displays the Registration No. of a subject selected from the Subjects register.

You can enter data manually if the subject is not selected in the Subjects register.
