Create internal receiving

 

This functionality is when the owner returns the medicines.

If an animal owner returns a medicine, navigate to the exact same Treatment created for this animal owner and with the returned medicine.

Right click on grid opens option " Create internal receiving".

 

When we select this option, it opens the document for internal receiving. The document that opens is set based on the Document type in the codebooks.

 

WARNING

When adding the quantity of medicine received to the internal reception, make sure to enter the same serial number of the returned medicine.

 

HINT

When the animal owner returns a medicine and you perform an internal receiving, you can create a credit note for the returned medicine.
