Known Bugs

If you notice unusual errors or Bugs in PANTHEON, you can check their cause and predicted time until the bugs are eliminated.

You can access the list of Known Bugs by selecting the ? button in the toolbar of PANTHEON forms or via the menu Help | Known Bugs.

CASE SUMMARY

When creating an order, the person responsible notices an unusual error, or Bug, and wants to check the cause of the error, as well as when the bug is set to be removed:

  1. Selecting Help
  2. Reviewing Known Bugs

1. Selecting Help

In the selected form's toolbar, the person responsible selects ? | Known Bugs.

If you are unable to navigate the instructions or have specific questions, you can direct them to AION, our virtual UserSite helper.

Next, the person responsible reviews known bugs.

2. Reviewing Known Bugs

A web browser opens the list of Known Bugs on the UserSite.

On the list, the person responsible finds the correct bug and views the bug's details by clicking the Select button.

In the bug description, the person responsible sees the bug is set to be removed on 5.7.2023, with update 1003810.
