Help Desk

If PANTHEON users cannot find information in instructions, Forum, or using AION, the users can always contact a supporter by submitting a help request to the Help Desk.
The Help Desk is accessed by clicking the ? button in the toolbar of PANTHEON forms or via the menu Help | Help Desk.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible cannot find information or is uncertain on how to edit settings for POS documents. The person responsible wants to contact a supporter and submit a request to the Help Desk. This is done as follows:
- Selecting Help
- Submitting a Help Request to Help Desk

In the toolbar of the selected form, the person responsible selects ? | Help Desk.

If you are unable to navigate the instructions or have specific questions, you can direct them to AION, our virtual UserSite helper.

Next, the person responsible submits a help request to the Help Desk.
A web browser opens the Help Desk on the UserSite.

The PANTHEON user is automatically logged in to the Help Desk.
