PANTHEON DMS Add-in

PANTHEON DMS Add-in is an application for Documentation management implemented as a Microsoft Office Add-in. It can be run in Microsoft Office editor application Word. The plugin enables the user to access PANTHEON Documentation directly from Word.

IMPORTANT
The necessary settings for installing PANTHEON DMS Add-in can be found in user manual.

The user can look over the Documentation classifications and their associated Word documents.
Word documents can be reviewed, edited or new ones added to Documentation.
In addition to the preview of the document in Word Editor we can also see document Details, Connections and document Metadata.

In PANTHEON DMS Add-in are next fields:

Here you select country and enter credentials and company name to log in to the DMS application. |
Classification list |
Main page with classifications their belonging subclassifications. User can open desired clasification or use a search engine.

Document list |
A list of files that belong to a specific classification and have file extensions corresponding to the extensions that the Office document editor supports (e.g., .docx for Word Editor).
