Warranty
The Warranty form allows you to check whether an item's warranty is valid directly after entering the item to the line in Orders tab of Service Order form.
| Document |
Select the issue document from the drop-down list, that is the base for the customer claim. The list only displays the documents of the customer entered in the order header. |
| Serial Number |
Select the serial number of the item from the list. This is enabled only if there are items with serial numbers on the document. |
| Show |
Clicking this button displays the line(s) from the selected document. |
| Item |
Displays the item ID. |
| Name |
Displays the item name. |
| Quantity |
Displays the quantity of the item from the selected document. |
| Mths. Warr. |
Displays the warranty in months, as entered in the selected document. |
| Warranty |
If the check box is checked, the item is still in warranty. |
