Favorites

Selecting Favorites in the Left menu allows us to view the Events or Knowledge Base view that we have added to our favorites.

This can be done by resposnable person by;

• choosing the desired view in the Left menu. In our example, they chose Events | My Opened.  
• searching for the desired Event/ticket in the Central part of the form by using the adequate filter in the selected field. 
  
• by saving that view to Favorites by clicking the  (​Add to Favorites) button in the Toolbar and confirming the process.  
  
• The desired view is than saved among Favorites;
