MFA Login

  

The MFA Login form allows you to request and enter MFA (multi-factor authentication) token when logging into PANTHEON.

MFA Login form appears after successful login into PANTHEON Logon window, if MFA is enabled in PANTHEON. For MFA login to function properly each user must have a phone number for sending MFA tokens set in Contacts section of Subjects register.

Below is a description of form features.

Phone

Displays a phone number set for user in Contacts section of Subjects register.

If the phone number is not set, the field is empty and the log in is not possible.
Request New Token

By clicking this button, a token is generated and sent to user's phone number. User can request multiple tokens.

Token is generated according to settings in Company panel of Administration Panel.
Token Enter the token received via SMS.
OK By clicking this button, the token entered is confirmed and if correct, the program opens.
Cancel By clicking this button, the process is canceled and the program closes.
