Work Order - General data

The Work Order general data section is used to view the general information about the Work Order. This is an additonal section on the Work Orders List base form.

This section shows general data about the servicing WO, i.e. the image of the servicing WO, customer ID, servicing WO number, date of servicing WO creation, status bar, progress in percentage and four buttons.

To open this section, select Work Orders List in the menu and click on the magnifiying glass icon on the desired Work order card.

Below is a description of section's features.

(Image) The image of the item from the compound operation if it has been previously added to the Items register.
Item  The ID and the name of the product from the Items register.
# (WO no.) The number of the work order.
Date The date of creation of the work order.
Order Displays the number of linked Sales order.
Cost c. Displays the Cost center on the WO.
(Progress bar)  Graphical display of the progress of the WO.
Status

There are seven different statuses:

  • Planned – The status of a servicing WO created from a schedule.
  • Open – This status indicates that the servicing WO has been created from the plan or using the quick release of WOs.
  • Allocated – This status indicates that hard allocations for the material requirements of this servicing WO have been made.
  • Released – This status indicates that the allocations for material requirements and for resource capacities have been made for the servicing WO to carry out the service work operations.
  • In progress – This status indicates that transactions (issuing) related to material and/or work operations have already been recorded for the servicing WO.
  • Partially finished – This status indicates that the servicing WO has already recorded the receiving of products to the warehouse, but the required quantity has not yet been reached.
  • Finished – This status is assigned to all servicing WOs for which all the required quantities (material, work operations, products) have been released and received, and the servicing WO has been closed.
 (Issued material) Clicking this button will open Issued material form for this servicing WO.
 (Operations) Clicking this button will open Operations form for this servicing WO.
 (Finish WO) Clicking this button will finish servicing WOs, if all requirements have been met.
 (Documents) Clicking this button opens a Documents tab for this servicing WO.
 (Change status) Clicking this button, changes the status of the WO from Released to Open and vice versa.
 (Note) Clicking this button opens a note on the WO.
