The General tab shows data from Employee files
Here, general data about employee registered in the Granule, such as birth data, years of service and other information, is displayed.

WARNING
- By default, Granules only show the data of the logged-in user. The data displayed can be changed any time by defining relevant authorizations.
- If only one Granule is assigned to the user, the granule-specific logo and name in the main menu are displayed. If several Granules are assigned to the user, the main menu shows general PANTHEON Granules logo.

Below is a description of the form’s features:
The header in the General panel shows main information about the employee:

Employee length of service:

Arrival |
Date of arrival to the company. Clicking on the date opens Employment record. |
Departure |
Date of the departure from the company. |

The sum of years (Y), months (M) and days (D) of service in the following format: aaY bbM ccD. |
Calculation date |
Current date for calculation. |
The form shows either the General data form or the Employment record form, depending on the option you select from the drop-down menu.

General data form has the following fields:
Active
|
Toggle button shows that the employee is employed in the company (yellow color).

ID
|
Employee ID – the first and last name can be used.
|
Registration num./ID
|
Unique registration number or employee ID of an employee in the company. Registration (ID) number is not the national ID number, but the number assigned to the employee upon entering the company as their ID.

First name
|
Employee’s first name.
|
Last name
|
Employee’s last name.
|
Status
|
Employment status of an employee: Apprentice; Contract; Full-time, Permanent; Full-time, Temporary; Part-time; Retired etc.
Statuses are used to indicate different types of employment in the company.

Job
|
Employee’s job – position of employment from the company Jobs register. This data is intended for HR management and for tracking the employee’s history of positions inside the company.

Department
|
Employee department from the Departments register, indicating in which department a particular job is carried out.
|
Superior
|
The person superior to the employee whose data is currently being added. This data is important for confirming travel orders and (annual) leave requests.
|
Nat. ID no.
|
National personal identification number. For foreigners, enter the foreigner’s personal ID number.
|
Tax no.
|
Two-character country code from the Countries register and employee’s tax number.
|
Gender
|
Employee gender.
|
Citizenship
|
Employee citizenship.
|
2.1 Birth data
This section contains the following Birth data:
Birth date
|
Employee birth date, as selected from the calendar.
|
Birth place
|
Postal code and the place name from the Postal areas register.
|
Birth country
|
Country of birthplace from the Countries register.
|
Holiday for |
In a multinational company, employee can select which country's public holidays will be relevant for payroll calculation. |
Affiliation |
Employee religion. |
2.2 Other data
This section contains the following data:
License plate |
Registration number of the employee vehicle (if applicable) from the Vehicles register.

Company vehicle
|
If enabled (yellow color), the toggle button indicates that this is a company vehicle and it is entered in the Fixed Assets register. This data is used in relation to travel orders.

2.3 Employment record
The Employment record form has the following fields:

Length of service |
Type of length of service (at which company did the employee acquire the length of service):
- This Employer,
- For Other Employers,
- Purchased;
- Other (the period when the employee was not employed, but the period is still added to the length of service).

Status |
Current status of service:
- Employment – Used for tracking regular employment in your company and in other companies.
- Student Work – Used for tracking student work.
- Temporary Work – Used for tracking temporary work.
- Contract Work – Used for tracking contract work.

Start |
Date on which the employee started working in the company. |
End |
Date on which the employee employment in the company was terminated. |
Length of service |
Calculated length of service. |
Trial period |
If enabled (yellow color), the toggle button indicates that the employee is currently on trial period. |
Is used |
If enabled (yellow color), the toggle button indicates that the program includes the length of service in the calculation of the length of service. |
Anniversary |
If enabled (yellow color), the toggle button indicates that the program includes the length of service in the calculation of anniversaries. |
Leave |
If enabled (yellow color), the toggle button indicates that the program includes the length of service in the calculation of leave. |
Increase ID |
ID (code) from length of service increase register. |
LoS increase |
Value from the Increase ID.

Duration from the Increase ID. |
Note |
Note, i.e. where the employee was working before, etc. |
2.4 Family Members
The Family Members form has the following fields:

In the Family Members section you can define following General fields:
First name |
The name of the family member.

Last name |
The last name of the family member.
|
Nat. ID No. |
The national identification number of the family member. |
Date of Birth |
The date of birth of the family member. |
Tax no. |
Tax number of the employee's family member. |
Place of Birth |
Place of birth of the family member. |
Relationship |
The type of relation in which a family member is towards the employee. |
Gender |
The sex of the employee's family member. |
Name at Birth |
Birth of the family member, if it is differnt from current. |
Citizenship |
The citizenship of the employee's family member. |
Dependent |
The family member is dependent from the employee if it is selected. |
In the Family Members section you can define following Permanent residence fields:
Address |
The address of the family member's residence (street and house number).

Post |
The postal area of the family member's residence.
|
Municipality |
The municipality of the family member's residence. |
Country |
The country of the family member's residence. |
In the Family Members section you can define following Temporary residence fields:
Address |
The family member's residence (street and house number).

Post |
The postal area of the family member's residence.

Municipality |
The municipality of the family member's residence. |
Country |
The country of the family member's residence. |
Temp. res. from |
The date on which the employee started to live at the temporary residence. |
To |
The date on which the employee finished or stopped to live at the temporary residence.

2.5 Other documents
The Other documetns form has the following fields:

Active |
The status of the certian document.
|
Type |
The type of the document:

Number |
The number of a certain document. |
Serial no. |
The serial number of a certain document. |
Issuer |
The office that has issued a certain document. |
Date of issue |
The date of issue of a certain document. |
Location |
The place where the document was issued.. |
Valid until |
The date till when a certain document is valid. |
Driver's license categories |
The Driver's License Categories that the employee has. This function will appear only if you select in the Type field the Driver's License option. |
