Na poslovni enoti program pregleda, če je bil zadnji izvoz iz nje sprejet in sprocesiran brez napak (glede na SEDT polje). Nato izvozi podatke, ki so bili spremenjeni od zadnjega uspešnega izvoza. Enako kot pri izvozu iz centrale podatke pripne elektronski pošti in jih odpošlje na elektronski naslov transfer@company.com.

MEDT:23-11-98/19:52:00 // datum in čas zadnjega uspešnega master izvoza

Ker je na poslovni enoti OTOS končal z delom se avtomatsko ugasne.
