BetrSign – Digital Signing Security

PANTHEON supports digital signing of documents via integration with BetrSign. The signing component can be embedded in any PANTHEON-generated report. Signed documents are legally compliant under Slovenian and eIDAS legislation and are listed in the EU Trusted List.

1. Infrastructure and Environment:

  • BetrSign infrastructure is compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 27018:2014, eIDAS, and ETSI standards.

2. Network and Connectivity:

  • All communication over secure HTTPS with private TLS certificate.

  • Provides server authentication, asymmetric encryption, and data confidentiality.

3. Access and Authentication:

  • Sender must be a registered BetrSign user.

  • Signer accesses the signature interface via a secure email link.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is used for signer verification.

4. Data Management:

  • BetrSign maintains secure audit trails (timestamp, signer, document).

  • Qualified Trust Service Provider under eIDAS.

  • Uses qualified digital certificates and cryptographic protections.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Fully compliant with eIDAS, GDPR, ZVOP-2, and DORA regulations.

  • Immutable audit trail capturing time, user, IP, status.
