BetrSign is a digital signing platform that allows users to electronically sign documents in a legally valid and secure way. Integrated with PANTHEON, it enables organizations to send, sign, and manage documents without needing to print or scan.

Below, see a use case on how to sign a document sent from PANTHEON with BetrSign.

Case summary Client receives a request to sign a document with BetrSign. They open an email link, review the document and sign.  They do this by following these steps: Reviewing the email request Signing the document Closing the form

1. Reviewing the email request

Contact from client company receives an email with request to sign a document with BetrSign.

They click on the Open documents button to open the BetrSign link.

2. Signing the document

They sign in and continue to review the document.

After reviewing, they continue by signing either by clicking the signature area on the document or clicking the Sign button on the top right corner.

When the document is signed, information about job success is displayed.

They click on the download signed documents link to download their copy of the document and close the window.

3. Closing the form

They review the signature on the form.

They finish by clicking the Exit button.
