Once you've entered: a supplier's invoice and filled in the correct VAT base and included VAT and a freight forwarding invoice with the correct tariff in the document lines, the tax ledger:

 

Ledger of invoices received

contains only the freight forwarding invoice

Special record of Input VAT for Import of Goods

contains only the invoice for importing goods and the tax base from the SAD. Information about the import procedure and SAD is taken from the import SAD

Prior to 1.10.2002, both movements were displayed in the ledger of invoices received.

Prior to 1.7.2001, this movement would be recorded a little differently.
