Fixed Asset Register - Detailed Report

Fixed Asset Register - Detailed Report

010381.gif010411.gif010382.gif010383.gif

In contract to the summary report of values of the fixed asset register (see Report of fixed asset register) data in this report are shown separately by accounts from the balance items. Put in an easier way upward and downward revaluation values of respective accounts are shown separately. That is why certain inventory ID numbers may appear twice.

000001.gif If the fixed asset has been disposed (entry type 6), 0.00 values are displayed.

Data are otherwise shown separately: acquisition value, upward revaluation as positive amounts, downward revaluation as negative amounts. Just like they are shown in the topics of the same name of the Fixed asset report card. That is why the "Account" in the item of register (in contrast to the report of the Fixed asset register) represents here the account from the balance item on which the balance is shown.

Data is displayed together with type of entry (column Type):
21 - if depreciation has been/shall be calculated with type 21 - Depreciation on acquisition accounts
22 - if depreciation has been/shall be calculated with type 22 - Depreciation on upward reval. accounts
23 - if depreciation has been/shall be calculated with type 23 - Depreciation on downward reval. accounts

That is why the filter for entry type is not used with this report (not available).
