item MATERIAL03 - component, 2 PCS normIf you marked a manufacturing service, which you are entering as component or line of work order in Items register, with , you have ti enter time required for manufactuirng operation by employee before confirming production.

Create work report and display data on norm attainment by individual employees and products.

 

We are trying to penetrate a market with PRODUCT03 which consists of:
  • item MATERIAL03 - Norm: 2 PCS.
  • item OPERATIONN01, for which we selected standardization. Norm: 1 HOUR

1. Product Specification

Create a specification in the Items register for PRODUCT03 following the usual procedure.

2. Work Order

Issue work order for 1 product. Having entered used quantity of standardized service when processing work order opens a window for entering additional data.

Employee Enter or select an employee carrying out the service (from Subjects register). 
Norm Displays norm of used time from specification.
Quantity Enter quantity of produced products (in our case 1 piece).
Time Enter time required for service. Enter it using decimal values!
Date Date on which work order was confirmed is offered as date of production.

After entering all required data, click Close.

Now you can confirm work order:

3. Work Report

Display norm attainment in work report. In our case this means:
