This panel is mostly used in SAD for import. 

As a control data, also the data about gross weight, net weigh and number of packages on SAD is being summed.

 		cote of type of cost or code of type of tax (if it exists)
Base
sum of bases for individual type of tax from individual lines of SAD
Amount sum of calculated amounts of taxes or costs from individual SAD lines

CONFIRMATION OF COSTS - use only with SAD for import!
