Import and Export Data by Document Type

Import and Export Data by Document Type

    

 

By exporting data you can somewhere in the tree structure view select document types. They are used only in exporting data. When importing data you are required to select a parent option in tree structure view.

In this way you can for example in the Financials | Posts menu select journal entries. 

  • By EXPORT you can select individual document types, such as Application | Financials | Posts | 410 Bank Reconciliation .

  • By IMPORT of selfsame data you must selecte the parent option in tree structure view, that is, in our case Application | Financials | Posts.
