Under article 85 of the ZDDV (Value-Added Tax Act), records must be kept on goods shipped to a EU member state (PE-7).

1) Setting Up a Document Type

A separate document type is required for this purpose. It should have the Internal and Special Record under Art.  85 of ZDDV checkboxes selected.
