1. Selecting a Register

First open the Subjects register from the menu.

You can also open the register using the function key 017461.bmp, or by clicking the shorcut; icon, set in the taskbar.

2. Searching for Bank Account

Select Bank Account Search from wizards menu 29887.gif in taskbar
 022256.jpg in order to locate subjects by searching for bank accounts. Selecting the option opens a window for setting search criteria.

Search is performed drag-and-dropping elements using pivot table. You can customize pivot table according to the set criteria.

 

Subject
 Restrict search by subject.
Type (D - Domestic / T - Foreign)
 Restrict search by account type (domestic or foreign)
Line
 Restrict search by line of domestic or foreign account.
Bank
 Restrict search by bank where the account is opened.
Account No.
 Restrict search by number of account. Use wildcard characters to perform partial search (search by part of number).

 

Set multiple criteria to filter.

Panel for overview of the data found offers all records that match the entered criteria.
