1. Selecting a Register

First open the Subjects register from the menu.

You can also open the register using the function key 017461.bmp, or by clicking the shorcut; icon, set in the taskbar.

2. Copy Contract Prices

Select Copy Contract Prices to Subjects from wizards menu 29897.gif in taskbar
 022256.jpg in order to copy contract prices to subjects. A window for entering search criteria is opened.

000001.gif Copying adds new records to destination contract prices table. Plus, existing records are not changed.

Data are automatically recorded to subject in this field Subject to. That is, the subject which you selected for adding records from existing contract prices.

Records from the subject selected in the Subject from field are added to the subject mentioned above.

 

Mode
 Set which contract price to copy:
  • All - If selected, customer and supplier contract prices get copied.
  • Supplier- If selected, only supplier's contract prices get copied.
  • Customer- If selected, only customer's contract prices get copied.

Copied records are visible after refreshing data.
