If you attempt to create an export file for a processing center that contains document(s) where the amount in the Amount Due field is equal to 0 or less than zero, clicking on the line with this error will display this IRIS:

Choose from the following options:

  • Open Document: This option will open the document where the  amount equal to or less than 0 occured so that you can check the document.
  • Continue: This option will create the processing center file but will exclude documents where the amount due is equal to or less than 0.
  • Cancel: This option will cancel the operation for creating an export file for a processing center.
