Selecting an employee in Track Completed Work window makes available the commands for starting (Start Work) and ending (End Work) work as well as two buttons using which you can pause (Pause Work) or resume (Resume Work) with work.

Start Work Starts work registering the selected employee.
End Work Ends work logging out the selected employee.

You cannot end work when the operation has not been yet closed or is paused. An IRIS message 7910 appears in such a case.
Pause Work Pauses work.

You cannot pause work in case the operation in progress has not been paused or closed. An IRIS message 7911 appears in such a case.
Resume Work Resumes paused work.

 

54171.gif Having registered the employee a panel with operations in progress (In Progress) is displayed and if there do not exist any and you checked Advanced a panel for planned operations (Planned) appears. If you leave Advanced unchecked, only In Progress panel appears offering active operations (in progress) with an option of activating a new operation.
