The Chesser Model Financial Ratios dashboard shows what is the likelihood that your company will not be able to pay off its debts.

 

 

It consists of the following components:

 

NAME RATIO UNIT FORMULA IT SHOWS:
Individual Chesser Ratios Chesser X1 - Cash/Total Assets value
what is the ratio of cash to total assets?
Chesser X2 - Net Sales/Cash value
what is the ratio of net sales to cash?
Chesser X3 - Pre-tax Period/Total Assets value
what is the ratio between profit before taxation and total assets?
Chesser X4 - Total Debt/Total Assets value
what is the ratio of debt to total assets?
Chesser X5 - Long-term Assets/Net Value value
what is the ratio between long-term assets and total assets?
Chesser X6 - Current Assets/Net Sales value
what is the ratio between short-term assets and net sales?
Chesser Ratio Chesser value

Y = -2,043 + X1 + X2 + X3 + X4 + X5

whether the company will be able to pay off credit? If the P is smaller than or equal 0.5, then the company is able to pay off credit. In case when the P is larger than 0.5, the company is not able to pay it off.
Individual Chesser Ratios by Months Chesser X1 - Cash/Total Assets value what is the ratio of cash to total assets by months?
Chesser X2 - Net Sales/Cash value

000001.gif You can customize the period for which you want to display analyses by defining of the month and year. Month is the smallest unit that can be used.

Once you selected appropriate period on one component, you can transfer same period to other components using "Multiply to others" which can be accessed on right click on selected period
