The Zmijewski Model Financial Ratios dashboard shows what is the likelihood that the company will go bankrupt.

It consists of the following components:

NAME RATIO UNIT FORMULA IT SHOWS:
Individual Zmijewski Ratios Zmijewski X1 - Net Revenue/Total Assets value
what is the ratio between profit after taxation and total assets?
Zmijewski X2 - Total Debt/Total Assets value
what is the ratio between total payables and total assets?
Zmijewski X3 - Short-term Assets/Total Assets value
what is the ratio between short-term assets and short-term payables?
Zmijewski Ratio Zmijewski value

Y = -4,3 + X1 + X2 + X3

whether the company can be classified among those which are posed by a threat of bankruptcy? If the ratio os greater than 0.5, the company falls among those threatened by bankruptcy. On the other hand if the ratio is below 0.5, then the company is classified among those which are not posed by a threat.

000001.gif You can customize the period for which you want to display analyses by defining of the month and year. Month is the smallest unit that can be used.

Once you selected appropriate period on one component, you can transfer same period to other components using "Multiply to others" which can be accessed on right click on selected period
