Izvoz Intrastat dukumenta v XML obliki nam omogoča neposredno oddajo Intrastat poročila prek SURS-ove strani za Intrastat.

Primer:

1. Kreianje Intrastat dokumenta

Intrastat dokument kreiramo po ustaljenem postopku.

2. Izvoz podatkov

S klikom na gumb 39532.gif se nam odpre okno za izvoz dodatkov.

Označimo željeni dokument ter izberemo možnost Izvoz XML.

V kolikor je izvoz uspel dobimo potrditev:

V mapi iz polja "Pot datoteke za izvoz podatkov" pa lahko najdemo izvoženo datoteko:

3. Uvoz XML datoteke na Intrastat-SURS stran

Na SURS strani se z uztreznim digitalnim potrdilom prijavimo ter vnesemo geslo.

V naslednjem oknu izberemo Vnos podatkov.

Nato pa še Zajem XML:

V naslednjem koraku pa samo še določimo pot in datoteko ter kliknemo na gumb Pošlji datoteko.

Po uspešnem uvozu podatkov se nam pojavi okno z vsemi podatki, ki jih lahko po potrebi urejamo:
